As an interior design couple, selling your very first, jointly renovated apartment is a slightly different story than the average. Emotion and commitment were paramount, and Maxime and Tristan were therefore quite discerning in their choice of real estate agent. In the weeks before we bought our house, we cycled through Amsterdam, fantasizing about our own home, ideally with a garden. We were looking forward to the search, but also nervous. A big dream has come true: our own house in Amsterdam with a garden!

Six years ago, during a working visit to Amsterdam, he fell in love with the city, and that romance continued happily when he moved here two years later. After years of successful business here, he was able to leave renting behind and buy something. Not only for himself, but certainly also for his cat, Gijsje.
